  1. I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

    Contact us at admin@smoothmaps.com. We will get back to you ASAP.
     

  2. My team will require 3+ licenses. Is there group pricing available.

    Yes, please contact admin@smoothmaps.com. We will provide you with our group rates.

     

  3. If I cancel my account, do I still have access to my maps?

    You will have access to your saved maps for 30 days, after which time they will become inaccessible to you and to anyone with whom you have shared with.

     

  4. How current/up to date are SmoothMaps’ data sets?

    In the ‘Map Data Sets’ box, we denote the last date we refreshed any given data set.

     

  5. I have uploaded my own data sets but some of the data points appear to have been incorrectly mapped.

    The best way to ensure that your data points are mapped accurately is to have the latitude and longitude for each data point. If your data set does not include latitudinal and longitudinal info, SmoothMaps will reverse geocode the locations using the info provided. Sometimes, however, this may result in data points being inaccurately mapped.

     

  6. How do I replace a marker with a logo?

    To replace a market with a logo, click on the marker in the legend. An option will appear to allow you to upload a logo.

     

  7. Do uploaded logos need to be in a certain file format?

    Yes, uploaded logos need to be in .png format. For best results, use vector files.

     

  8. Can I map data sets within a custom shape or administrative boundary?

    Not yet, but we are working on incorporating this feature very soon.
